Project: Return to Work Inc. (R2W) provides employment services to all active duty service members, veterans and their spouses at Military & Veterans Employment Expos (MVEE) and other special events. R2W also provides vocational rehabilitation services to wounded warriors and disabled citizens. R2W clients receive support from caring professionals and volunteers through an innovative evaluation, training, and placement process. R2W incorporates advanced technologies, methodologies, and a highly accurate online evaluation process to assist clients with finding the jobs they enjoy doing most.
Traci VanSant, a licensed CPA with a Masters degree in Taxation, is presently employed as a Solution Architect with CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business. In this role she serves as the product technical expert for sales of the ProSystem fx Suite solutions to corporations. Previously she’s held several hands on roles from that of senior accountant to director of income taxes for either public accounting firms or large multinational manufacturing or banking corporations. Traci volunteered as a webinar host in February, 2015 and provides meaningful training to veterans returning to civilian workforce. She says, “Being able to give back to those that sacrifice so much for us and our country is rewarding.”
|Felix Lopez is the Corporate Human Resources Field Recruiter at Safeway Inc. Felix’s region covers multiple states and he is currently recruiting for multiple positions. “Safeway is proud to support our veterans who are returning to the workforce after serving our country. Safeway has hired thousands of veterans and we know the unique skills they bring to businesses. Safeway Foundation gave a grant to Project: Return To Work Inc. from funds raised in our stores locally this past Veteran’s Day Weekend and we thank our customers for stepping up to help those who helped us by serving in the military.”|

He volunteers as an Assistant Job Developer, Assistant Employment Specialist, and Assistant Tech Support Specialist for Project: Return To Work Inc. (R2W). He is active in the Robotics and Music, and likes to help people with their technology problems.|
|Edward Fenwick, STEM Intern is a Senior at the Kalamazoo Area Math and Science Center. He moved from the United Kingdom in 2009 and has lived in Kalamazoo since then. He is a member of the Gull Lake Area Robotics team and does research at Western Michigan University. Ed is an Assistant Job Developer, Assistant Employment Specialist and Assistant Technical Support Specialist at Project: Return To Work Inc. (R2W).|

Cameron Taleaghni is a high school student in Colorado. He volunteers as an Assistant Job Developer, Assistant Employment Specialist, and Assistant Tech Support Specialist at Project: Return To Work Inc. (R2W). He is taking college level classes, is active in Robotics, and navigates R2W’s technologies with ease. He also teaching new volunteers how to utilize R2W’s software systems to achieve unprecedented positive outcomes.
