Our Mission: Back to Work, Back to Life.

2020 DAY OF CARING – Online Job Fair!

Purpose: Connect job seekers with mentors & employers to make a lasting difference

In collaboration with Mile High United Way,

First Church of Christ Scientists Englewood, Florida

and important others!

Project: Return to Work, Inc. (R2W) clients and customers receive support from our caring professionals and volunteers through innovative evaluation, training, and placement services.

Using advanced technologies, methodologies, and a highly accurate online evaluation process, we assist clients with finding the jobs they enjoy doing most. We provide employers with qualified candidates at a fraction of the cost and time it would take through traditional channels.

Our 2020 online job fair encapsulates all of these these endeavors, and this year our efforts are being spread out over a month – virtually – per Mile High United Way’s new guidelines for nationwide Day Of Caring.

Here’s What To Expect:

    • Through the help of our Call Bank volunteers, we match our growing database of job seekers with 100 to 200 employers prior to our event.

    • Participation will help us recruit 1,000 to 2,000 job seekers including veterans and students transitioning to the workplace, as well as many citizens affected by the COVID-19 economic disaster.

    • As a result, our placement rate will get broad community support while making a significant impact on employment at a time when it is most needed.

    • This is a TERRIFIC opportunity for new Employer Partners who are looking for qualified candidates.

THIS VIRTUAL EVENT IS FREE TO EVERYONE.  Employers who attend will receive $200,000 to $400,000 of pro bono services. WOW!
